Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Penang, Malaysia. The Welder will perform daily welding activities, including preparing work areas, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and selecting appropriate welding methods and materials. Responsibilities include performing high-quality welds on various metals, inspecting joints and finished assemblies, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures. The Welder will work closely with production and engineering teams to meet project specifications, maintain equipment in good working condition, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Welding techniques, including Arc Welding skills
- Hands-on experience with TIG Welding in precision applications
- Practical knowledge of MIG Welding for production and fabrication work
- Understanding of Materials properties and behavior under different welding conditions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to relevant standards and procedures
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in welding or metal fabrication is an advantage
