Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore River, combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Operations Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decisions. The role involves building dashboards and reports, identifying trends and growth opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations for internal teams and startup clients. Daily responsibilities include working with stakeholders to clarify requirements, testing hypotheses about product or marketing performance, and supporting experimentation with A/B tests and other analytical methods. The analyst will also contribute to improving internal processes, documenting methodologies, and ensuring data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems, interpret data, and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analytics techniques and tools, including data cleaning, querying, and visualization.
• Solid understanding of statistics for hypothesis testing, experiment design, and performance measurement.
• Experience with data modeling to support reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Clear and effective communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments, growth metrics, and product or marketing analytics is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
