Responsibilities
Essential Requirement
- Cost Estimation: Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for Conceptual/Pre-FEED/FEED projects by analyzing project specifications, scope, and engineering information.
- Review the Pre-FEED/FEED cost estimation from contractors and consolidate for overall project costs.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess cost-related risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure cost predictability.
- Prepare and present cost reports and analysis to project teams and management, JVPs and PETRONAS.
- Benchmarking: Stay updated on industry cost trends, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitiveness.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience with cost estimation for Conceptual, Pre-FEED and FEED.
- Strong teamwork and communications skills.
- University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering.
- Fluent in oral & written English.
