Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate process data, solve problems, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Laboratory Skills for conducting tests, interpreting results, and collaborating with quality control teams.
- Experience or knowledge in the Chemical Industry, including familiarity with chemical handling, safety standards, and industrial best practices.
- Process Engineering skills to design, optimize, and scale production processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, prepare technical documentation, and present findings clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations relevant to chemical manufacturing.
- Proficiency with process simulation or engineering software and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in an industrial plant environment and adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
