Company Description Symphony Digest Sdn Bhd is a leading training provider for financial services professionals and Proteges. Our clients include banks, digital banks, fund managers, corporate advisors, pension and provident funds, insurance companies, government agencies, MNCs, GLCs and SMEs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based Kelana Jaya, Selangor. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services sector, conduct lead generation activities through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels. The role includes managing and growing relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients, understanding their training needs, and proposing tailored program solutions. The individual will prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations, negotiate terms within guidelines, and follow through to deal closure. The role also involves supporting and creating promotional campaigns including social media content and spot trends in the financial services industry.

You will also be required to assist in the Protege training programmes by facilitating games and share working life stories and experiences with fresh graduates.

This role suits a driven person who has interest in the economy, banking, investments and the financial services industry in general.

Qualifications

• Have strong initiative to source for business and a wish to grow the business.
• 1 or 3 years' working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize activities.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
• Knowledge of Malaysian financial and corporate markets, and familiarity with SIDC/FIMM/CPD environments, is an advantage.
