Job Description:

• Lead and manage IT projects as the Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
• Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation and resolution plans.
• Consolidate project statistics and prepare reports for internal teams and senior management.
• Present and provide updates on project status, risks, issues, and progress during project meetings.
• Maintain internal project documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Ensure effective project governance and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Skill Set

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT-related disciplines with at least 10 years of working experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in participating in IT project
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management (PM) experience
• Proven ability to design and implement innovative, scalable, and maintainable solutions for complex problem
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience leading Agile projects and familiarity with Scrum methodology
• Proficient in common office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Familiar with project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and similar platform
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skill
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken)
• Experience in the insurance system/business domain is highly preferred
