Job Description
- Basic knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes.
- Basic knowledge of material planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems.
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Knowledge in SAP, ERP & MRP are an added advantage
- Familiar with Clear To Build
- Oversees the master planning process for some/ all customers at the site.
- Develops, plans, provides data, analysis, and recommendations to make strategic labour resource and equipment decisions.
- Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.
- Good understanding of specific customers' business, organization, products and processes
- Basic understanding of customer needs and demands.
- Good analytical and statistical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Minimum at least 5 years with relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience within an EMS environment is a plus
- Strategic Planning Exposure Involvement in master planning, labor resource planning, and equipment planning provides valuable experience in high-level manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
