What You'll Do

• Design and develop core systems supporting securities and trading business
• Optimize foundational components to improve engineering efficiency across teams
• Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps to improve system stability and scalability
• Investigate root causes at the framework and infrastructure level to continuously optimize system performance
• Explore applying AI Agent technology to securities and financial business scenarios to enhance system intelligence

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of backend development experience including 2+ years working in Go with high-performance server-side architecture design
• Hands-on experience building microservices and high-concurrency production systems
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Familiar with Linux/Unix environments and common middleware internals
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in financial products / capital markets
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Rust
• Familiarity with AI development, including AI Agent development and underlying principles
