We are hiring a Marine Operations Lead/Manager to oversee day-to-day vessel operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage cargo operations, and drive operational excellence across LPG and petrochemical gas vessels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily vessel operations, including navigation, mooring, deck and safety equipment, port arrivals/departures, and Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations.
• Oversee safe cargo loading and discharging, grade changes, and specialized tank preparations for LPG and petrochemical gases.
• Coordinate and prepare vessels for SIRE, CDI, PSC, USCG, terminal, and flag state inspections, while conducting internal audits and management inspections.
• Collaborate with the technical team to plan dry-docking activities, develop repair specifications, and monitor repair execution.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies by maintaining vessel certifications and reviewing incident, near-miss, and safety reports with corrective actions.
• Prepare and conduct training programs for officers and crew to uphold high operational and safety standards.

Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marine operations, preferably with LPG or gas carriers.
• Strong knowledge of vessel operations, cargo handling, and Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations.
• Experience managing inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance (SIRE, CDI, PSC, USCG, and flag state requirements).
• Exposure to dry-docking, vessel repairs, and technical coordination.
• Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and safety management systems.
