Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all inspectors are guide and lead to perform inspection according to incoming procedure.
- Ensure that incoming inspection on material with quality output are being perform within receiving aging.
- Generate monthly MRB & LAR reports for Incoming Quality performance.
- Conducting On-The-Job Training for IQA Inspectors.
- Ensure ISO audit internally and externally are compliance to requirements
- Maintaining discipline and morale of the workforce as well as provide coaching and counseling if required.
- Maintain high standard of 5S housekeeping within IQA section.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role as a QA supervisor in related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 system and supervisory skills is preferred.
- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
