Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project planning, co-ordination, marketing of various internal and external initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications and scope.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including DJs, Business Development, Creative & Design, Content teams, to ensure seamless execution.
• Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and manage the full promotional lifecycle of company's live events to drive user awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Oversee and manage the creation of engaging content across major platforms (including company's websites, mobile apps and social media) from idea generation to shooting, editing, and banner/thumbnail design.
• Drive real-time digital coverage during live events, capturing on-the-ground hype and maximizing audience engagement across social channels.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns via social media ad boosting to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Project Management, or a related field.
• Solid, hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and a strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth understanding of current social media trends and content creation.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
