Job responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring trackers.
Onboarding & Probation Management
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Conduct induction sessions on company background, structure, policies, and workplace guidelines.
- Track probation periods and coordinate performance feedback with HODs.
- Support confirmation, extension, or termination processes.
Foreign Worker Management
- Manage end-to-end foreign worker administration including recruitment, work permit, visa application/renewal, FOMEMA, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act, Immigration requirements, Act 446, and audit standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation including permits, and records.
- Liaise with authorities, agencies, and internal departments.
- Manage hostel, welfare, attendance, and basic disciplinary matters.
- Experience in expatriate-related matters will be an added advantage.
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs (technical, operational, compliance, etc.).
- Manage HRD Corp applications, claims, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certifications.
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and annual training plans.
- Collect training feedback and support training effectiveness tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Knowledge of foreign worker administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator and a collaborative team player
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
