- Key in details and information into designated forms accurately.

- Prepare, compile, and attach supporting documents for submission.

- Coordinate and liaise with QAQC personnel, site supervisors, and designated consultant PICs regarding Borang Aduan.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing for internal records.

- Ensure all records and documents are complete, accurate, and updated.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Able to liaise and coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and external parties.

- Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
