We're looking for an AI Specialist who's hands-on with tools like Claude and ChatGPT (including code features like Claude Code and Codex) to help our team automate repetitive work, build simple internal tools, and use AI more effectively day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

Artifical Intelligence Workflow Automation

• Identify repetitive or manual tasks across departments and design AI-powered workflows to solve them (using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools)
• Build and maintain simple automations, scripts, or internal tools using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex)

Prompt Engineering & Quality

• Write, test, and refine prompts for consistent, reliable AI output across use cases (reports, customer replies, data processing, content, etc.)
• Document workflows, prompt templates, and best practices for internal reuse

Tool Evaluation & Strategy

• Evaluate and recommend AI tools/platforms suited to specific business needs
• Stay current on new AI tool releases, features, and use cases relevant to the business

Training & Governance

• Train and support non-technical staff on how to use AI tools effectively and safely
• Ensure AI tool usage complies with data privacy and company policy (e.g., no sensitive data in prompts)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience minimum 2 years involving AI development tools, process automation, digital operations, or IT/systems support (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex)
• Experience building automations and integrations using APIs and workflow tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and new tools need to be picked up quickly is an advantage
• Strong understanding of software fundamentals, databases, and system design
• Ability to evaluate, debug, and improve AI-generated code
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
