The Human Resources Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a broad range of HR functions, providing support, guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring that HR practice aligns with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Manage all core HR departmental areas including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment and employee engagement.
- Foreign Worker Management - Liaison with government parties such as Immigration, KDN, local council etc.
- Prepare foreign workers permit applications, renewals, documentation and hostel management.
- Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programmes are well planned, coordinated, relevant, timely and adhere to the company’s values.
- Analyse the performance metrics of a recruitment drive, provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR.
- Preparing payroll-related reports to relevant parties and generating statutory contributions/payments (e.g. LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, etc.) within the stipulated timeline.
- Handles industrial relations, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- More than 3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience working in a F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to travel or work outstation when necessary.
- Have experience in handling employee headcount range of ************* employee and foreign worker permits.
- Well-versed in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Payroll, etc.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and able to execute the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
- Immediate availability will be prioritized first.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
