Responsible to serve as the primary point of contact for both external parties and internal staff. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual to support the Group CEO in driving strategic business growth, managing communications, and overseeing key projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Group CEO’s office, clients, and internal teams.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups post-meetings, develop actionable plans, and provide strategic recommendations; report outcomes for final decision-making.
- Assist in reviewing and summarizing business agreements to support informed decision-making.
- Achieve ambitious KPI targets within the evaluation period.
- Maintain strong client relationships post-sales and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Support business development and group communications through effective project management and administrative duties.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of business development plans aligned with company strategies to foster revenue growth.
- Provide insightful professional advice to the Group CEO based on comprehensive research.
- Propose solutions to operational challenges and identify new market opportunities through research.
- Build and nurture stakeholder relationships while proactively finding new leads and clients.
- Bridge the Group CEO and clients by managing and seeing projects or sales through from start to finish.
- Manage tender enquiries from sourcing to submission, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Drive sales growth, research the market to improve products/services, and build strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's market position.
- Manage correspondence, meetings, presentations, and confidential documentation with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle documents, meetings, and presentations; draft CEO correspondence; maintain strict confidentiality; and manage client appointments, quotations, and sales proposals
- Prepare sales kits, proposals, quotations, and business presentations to support sales initiatives.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the Group CEO’s office.
Requirements
- Holding a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveyor, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in Interior Design, Quantity Surveyor, Business Development, Sales, or project coordination.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in tender management, client servicing, or corporate communications is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
