Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain network, server, and application health day-to-day

  • Provide 24/7 helpdesk support on a rotating weekly roster, one to two weeks per month (with standby and overtime allowance)

  • Respond on-site to troubleshoot and resolve IT and AV faults

  • Perform routine maintenance — firmware updates, patching, asset tracking

  • Liaise with vendors to manage system recoveries and escalations
