Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for AI Control Systems based on IoT-devices and mobile applications for the aquaculture industry.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with aquaculture farms, hatcheries, and industry partners.
• Engage customers to understand operational challenges and propose suitable smart aquaculture solutions (e.g. sensors, monitoring systems, automation, data analytics platforms) to improve farming productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain technical solutions in a clear, value-driven manner.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis focused on aquaculture technology to identify growth opportunities.
•  Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure smooth system deployment and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits locally and overseas when required.
• Provide sales pipeline updates and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Background in aquaculture, fisheries, or related fields.
• Experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Knowledge or strong interest in AI, IoT, systems, or smart farming technologies.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel overseas if required.
