Job Description:

- Find new cusomers in F&B industries - Fast food chain, supermarket, hospital, HORECA, convenience stores, etc.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales target.

- Handle existing clients, maintain good relationship, take orders, follow up, and solve complaints or problems.

- Teamwork: Work with the admin, production, and logistic teams to ensure prompt delivery and fulfill customers' expectation.

- Job Requirements: Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience: >2 years of sales experience, ideally in food industries. Fresh graduate are welcome.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or other local languages, with strong active listening skills. Familiar with MS office.

- Personality: Presentable, patience, resilience, responsible, and the ability to handle rejection or frustrated customers calmly.
