POSITION:

• TECHNICIAN - SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

LOCATION: PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS

WORKING DAYS: Monday - Friday

WORKING HOURS:

• Shift basis:
• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

MINIMUM: CERTIFICATE/DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR EQUIVALENT/ EXPERIENCED IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT

RANGE SALARY: RM 2300

INTAKE: IMMEDIATELY

Technician, Service & Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) works as scheduled.
• Carry out troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and replacement of faulty equipment or components.
• Attend breakdown calls and emergency maintenance activities.
• Monitor and inspect equipment performance to ensure optimum operation.
• Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and checklist documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors during maintenance activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Support testing and commissioning activities when required.
• Report abnormal findings, defects, and operational issues to the supervisor promptly.

Technician Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate are Encouraged to Apply
• Has experience in property/facilities management.
• Strong understanding of building services for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Computer literate.
