Irkaz Holdings Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks, documentation, and administrative matters for Irkaz Group of Companies.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage payment requests and cost compilation.
• Review and verify supplier invoices against budgetary allocations.
• Assist in processing payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive records for financial auditing and compliance.
• Prepare and issue seller invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage the payment collection process and track outstanding balances.
• Compile and maintain reports related to invoicing and payment collection for monitoring and control purposes.
• Prepare company accounts for cost analysis and revenue management.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, including stock, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reports.
• Assist in the monitoring of cash flow to optimize the company's financial stability.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for cost management and budget tracking.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial processes and internal controls.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Malaysian
• Immediate starter is preferred
• 2–3 years working experience in Finance / Accounting
• Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis & reporting
• Good analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
