Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:-
1. Establish, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the company’s quality
management system for aerospace precision parts manufacturing (e.g., AS9100,
ISO9001).
2. Organize internal audits, external audits, and management reviews to ensure
compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.
3. Develop and implement inspection standards and procedures for raw materials,
production processes, and finished products (e.g., dimensional inspection, non-
destructive testing).
4. Lead in root cause analysis and corrective action on critical quality issues using
tools such as 8D and 5 Whys, aiming to reduce defect rates and customer
complaints.
5. Participate in supplier audits and evaluations, to ensure outsourced parts meet
aerospace-grade standards.
6. Communicate with customers regarding quality requirements, complaints
handling and returns analysis, and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Lead the quality team (QC/QA/QE), set performance targets, and enhance the
team’s professional capabilities.
8. Organize training on quality awareness and methodologies/tools (e.g., SPC,
FMEA, PPAP).
9. Perform statistical analysis of quality data (e.g., CPK, PPM), regularly produce
quality reports, and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:-
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science,
Aerospace Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of quality management experience in precision manufacturing
industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, automotive), with at least 3 years in a team
leadership role.
3. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards (e.g., NADCAP, AMS) is preferred.
4. Proficient in quality management tools (e.g., APQP, MSA, Six Sigma) and
inspection equipment (e.g., CMM, spectrometer).
5. Skilled in using quality management software (e.g., Minitab) and ERP/MES
systems.
6. English proficiency. Mandarin speaker is preferable due to need to
work with counterpart in China.
7. Detail-oriented and rigorous, with strong risk anticipation and rapid response
capabilities. Able to perform under pressure and meet the high compliance
standards of the aerospace industry.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
