Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures at the construction site.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and other statutory requirements.
• Identify potential hazards, recommend preventive measures, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare and submit safety reports, accident/incident investigations, and near-miss reports.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions for site workers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on safety-related matters.
• Ensure all workers comply with the use of PPE and safe work procedures.
• Maintain proper safety documentation and records as required by DOSH/JKKP.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Yellow Book and be a registered Site Safety Supervisor with DOSH (JKKP).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction environment.
• Certified Health & Safety Officer by DOSH (Active Green Book holder).
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills.
• Desire to deliver results and contribute effectively to safety initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of OSH Act and Regulations.
