JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and insurance programs.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and maintain payroll records.
- Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
2. Performance Management
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process and KPI implementation.
- Support employee development, training, and succession planning.
- Partner with managers to improve employee performance and engagement.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and job requirements.
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions and recruitment documentation.
4. Learning & Development
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal training programmes.
- Manage the annual training plan and monitor training effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements by RHQ and maintain training records.
5. Employee Relations
- Foster positive employee relations and provide HR advisory support.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, health & safety regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
7. General Affairs
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Coordinate office renovations, relocations, and maintenance.
- Manage office leases, licenses, and procurement processes.
8. Other responsibilities
- Carry out other tasks or projects assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and General Affairs.
- Proven experience in managing full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and training & development.
- Experience in General Affairs, including office administration, facilities management, vendor management, company assets, and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements, and other relevant Malaysian labour legislation.
- Ability to prepare professional reports, policies, correspondence, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
