Patient Administration

• Register and update patient information in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Prepare and maintain patients' medical records and ward documentation.
• Process patient admissions, transfers, and discharges accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all patient records are complete, organized, and kept confidential.

Ward Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for telephone calls and enquiries to the ward.
• Coordinate communication between doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital departments.
• Schedule appointments, investigations, procedures, and patient transport as required.
• Assist in arranging patient referrals and follow-up appointments.

Documentation & Records

• Prepare, file, scan, and archive medical documents according to hospital policies.
• Ensure all forms, consent documents, and reports are properly completed and filed.
• Monitor and maintain ward registers and administrative records.

Administrative Support

• Prepare daily census reports and other departmental reports.
• Assist in ordering and monitoring ward stationery and office supplies.
• Support data entry and report generation as required.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Nurse Manager or Head of Department.

Customer Service

• Welcome and assist patients, family members, and visitors professionally.
• Respond to enquiries courteously and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a positive and patient-focused service experience.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
