What You'll Be Doing

• Discovering new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers, ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience by understanding their needs and qualifying opportunities.
• Engaging with customers over chat and phone to identify their needs and recommend the best possible solution.
• Using your creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions.
• Working closely with sales executives to develop effective sales strategies and ensure a seamless handover of leads.
• Sharing feedback and suggestions with the product development team to help our products better meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For

• Verbal proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively serve Mandarin speaking customers.
• Strong people skills. You read and engage with others easily.
• Comfortable multitasking and handling customer inquiries across chat and phone simultaneously.
• A fast learner who can quickly grasp and explain technical information.
• Able to pitch value and benefits with clarity and conviction.
• Resilient and coachable. You handle rejection well and apply feedback immediately.
• Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior experience winning SME business is a plus, but not required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaling Jaya
