RETAIL SUPERVISOR (XGIMI)

Job Description :

• Oversee and manage the retail outlet operations and its staff.
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and succeeding high performing and result driven team members.
• Supervise - training programs, loss prevention and maintains financial and sales objectives.
• Implement and process incoming and outgoing products.
• Engage in store opening and closing procedure.
• Comply with operational and staff duty schedule planning.
• Update and record via computer outlet’s daily sales figures for data analysis and sales planning.
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.

Qualifications :

• Minimum SPM and above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing retail outlets
• Good interpersonal and communications skill – English/Bahasa/Tamil/Mandarin
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Experience in Electrical & Electronics is an added advantage
• Computer literate
• Able to start immediately
