Responsibilities

• Assist in daily document control and quality management activities.
• Maintain and monitor the Document Management System (DMS).
• Manage incoming and outgoing drawings, documents, correspondence and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on document-related matters.
• Ensure only the latest approved drawings and documents are in use.
• Maintain, update and archive Quality Management System (QMS) records and documents.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems.
• Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001 requirements.
• Assist process owners in preparing and updating procedures, work instructions, forms, and manuals.

Requirement

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of internal auditing processes.
• Relevant experience in document control, quality management or the construction industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001 is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
