We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Operations Executive to support our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to retail operations and management teams.
• Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Monitor stock levels, purchasing, and logistics coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and store personnel for operational matters.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, expenses, and store performance.
• Assist in scheduling, staff documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Support event coordination, store opening/closing activities, and audits.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks from management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations role, preferably in the retail industry. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask.
