The Field Services Operation Support – Tools and Fleet Management role provides operational support to Field Services by managing fuel, fleet and tools/PPE in an efficient and compliant manner. The role ensures timely fuel and fleet vendor coordination, accurate reporting, and proper tools availability to support field activities without impacting network performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fuel Management
- Prepare and submit DFU fuel payment templates; initiate and follow up on urgent fuel payments and related tickets.
- Coordinate issuance of new fuel cards and update individual fuel limits in line with policy.
- Analyse fuel usage trends and highlight irregularities for corrective action.
- Record fuel claims submitted by Field Operations
- Produce weekly and monthly fuel usage reports in RM and litres.
Fleet Management
- Handle COC acknowledgement, GR requests and PO database updates for fleet-related items.
- Check fleet invoices from vendors and coordinate with relevant teams on discrepancies.
- Maintain and update driver details tracker and vehicle assignment records.
- Analyse mileage and idling data and support initiatives to reduce idle time and fuel wastage.
- Prepare weekly and monthly fleet data for internal reports and KPIs.
- Track vehicle inspection audit findings and follow up on closure actions.
- Escalate vehicle damage cases to vendors and monitor resolution.
- Support MOAI CO₂ emission sustainability reporting and ARP monthly idling KPI updates.
- Coordinate and arrange fleet supplier governance meetings, including agenda and minutes.
- Maintain and update vehicle summons records.
Tools and PPE Management
- Coordinate FO onboarding and offboarding, including tools and PPE handover and return.
- Track vehicle tools inspection audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain tools inventory records and ensure accuracy of stock status.
- Conduct tools stock take/audit at company store and reconcile variances.
REQUIREMENT
EXPERIENCE
- Exposures in telecommunications, logistics, fleet or operations support.
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or other relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in field operations, fleet/tools management or related area.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental practices in field operations is an advantage.
- Certification related to fleet, logistics or operations management is an added advantage.
BUSINESS & HUMAN COMPETENCE
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good verbal communication and coordination skills with internal teams and vendors.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work and cooperate in a team across regions and functions.
- Able to work or provide support after office hours when required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
