Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR - CONSTRUCTION Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in RJ METALS SDN BHD Banting - Ricebowl

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure work progress is on schedule and in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on daily work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause delay.
• Ensure work quality meets project standard and all safely regulations are complied.
• Carry out necessary site inspections to verify workmanship and progress.
• Ensure the material are being delivered to the designated location and send back the delivery order safely to office.
• Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensuring that quality/types/dimensions are as per the specified requirements.
• Recording, monitoring and reporting.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior/management.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field related to Building Construction.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in building or construction projects is preferred.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and basic computer skill.
• Must be able to read and interpret building plan, structure plan and site drawing
• Must posses own transport
• Fresh Graduates with strong interest in construction are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
