Work Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 5 Working Days + 2 Off Days (9:30am – 6:30pm)
Contract Duration: 1 Year (3-month probation + 9-month extension based on performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator (Logistics) to support daily logistics planning by coordinating delivery routes, maintaining operational data, and ensuring efficient transportation planning. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and supporting day-to-day logistics activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor travel distance and route performance to support timely deliveries
• Prepare, update, and maintain operational records and route planning data
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of transportation activities
• Ensure route information is accurate and updated in internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams to support daily operational requirements
• Prepare reports and perform general administrative duties
• Support other operational projects and ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, transportation, supply chain, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
• Comfortable handling data and administrative tasks
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 per month
• Statutory benefits provided in accordance with the Employment Act
