Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements.
• Support procurement activities including sourcing and supplier follow-up.
• Update and maintain supply chain records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare data analysis and reports related to inventory, purchasing, and logistics performance.
• Support warehouse operations including stock checking and inventory audits.
• Ensure all supply chain documents are filed accurately and systematically.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
