Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800 + Sales Commission + Overtime + Public Holiday Pay

Requirements

* Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Experience in retail sales, sanitary ware, bathroom, kitchen appliances or home improvement products will be an added advantage.

* Friendly, customer-oriented and sales driven.

* Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to duty roster.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and provide professional product consultation.

* Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable bathroom and kitchen products.

* Achieve individual and showroom monthly sales targets.

* Prepare quotations, sales orders and follow up on customer enquiries.

* Explain product specifications, warranty terms and installation requirements accurately.

* Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

* Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and pricing labels.

* Assist in stock replenishment and showroom merchandising.

* Handle customer feedback and basic after-sales enquiries professionally.

* Participate in exhibitions, roadshows and promotional campaigns when assigned.

* Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

* Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
