Reliability Engineering – Technician Services

Deliverable: To supply headcount resource onsite to support AMD Reliability Engineering in the execution of qualifications and engineering evaluations.

General requirements:

Works independently and can interact with cross functional teams well.

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with 0-2 years of industry experience.

Shift work required 

Job Scope:

Execute package qualifications, reliability assessments, and engineering evaluations.

Coordinate logistic activities.

Perform electrical testing, Confocal Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (CSAM), Visual inspection

Conduct selected failure verification and root-cause investigations.

Support engineers in data collection, analysis and documentation.
