Join a Singapore-based boutique public equities fund focused on long-biased value investing. Drive capital growth by leveraging your network and working autonomously with the founding team in a performance-aligned role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investors to increase assets under management (AUM)
• Secure capital commitments for a high-conviction, long-biased value investment fund
• Collaborate independently with the founding team to align fundraising efforts with business goals
• Manage investor relationships to deliver measurable capital introduction outcomes
• Operate effectively in a lean, high-accountability environment to support fund growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated success in fundraising or capital introduction for investment funds
• Established network of HNW individuals, family offices, or investors in Singapore/Asia
• Proven relationship management experience with measurable outcomes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and adaptability in dynamic settings
