Apis Consulting Hiring! Full Time Telco NOC Surveillance Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and handle alarm management & ticket management for the assigned Network Services including enterprise services.
• Has high sense of ownership and responsibility, ensures ticket closure with quality and within SLA is achieved without any delay.
• Perform escalation and notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages.
• Ensure efficient and effective flow of information between shifts during shift handover.
• Proactively follow up on events/email escalations/tickets with relevant departments or domains as per the prescribed process.
• Ensures security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives of the organization.
• Alignment to all organizational guidelines, departmental processes & procedures.
• Has the ability to perform and troubleshoot with minimum supervision from 2nd level, proactive approach in ensuring day to day business tasks are completed ahead of time.
• Ensure service & network availability at all times.

Requirements:

• Years of experience: 1-3 years.
• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Certifications: Any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage.
• Technical and/or functional skills: Good knowledge of service networks on LTE & 5G network, including service applications characteristics and capabilities: Service Performance indicators and their interpretation.
• Prior experience of working in an NOC is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of services & applications on 5G core nodes & its architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
