Job Summary

Join a fast-growing hedge fund as a Security Governance Lead to shape and drive cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs within a lean, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of security governance policies to ensure robust cybersecurity posture
• Manage risk assessment processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate cybersecurity risks within the financial services environment
• Oversee control assurance activities to maintain continuous audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Direct third-party risk management programs to evaluate and mitigate vendor-related cybersecurity risks
• Engage and communicate effectively with senior management and regulators to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives
• Apply strong knowledge of MAS TRM, MAS Notice 658, NIST CSF 2.0, and security control frameworks to guide governance and compliance efforts

Good to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable
