We are seeking a Product Control Executive / Production Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning, monitoring production schedules, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production planning schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on issues affecting delivery schedules.
• Analyze production capacity, material availability, and workload planning.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in resolving production-related issues and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of production processes, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
