Fleet Management Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing and repair works for prime movers and trailers prior to PUSPAKOM inspections.
• Arrange and monitor PUSPAKOM inspection appointments and ensure timely compliance.
• Liaise with workshops to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.
• Ensure trailers are properly organized and available at the depot.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet operations.
• Support in daily fleet operational activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
