Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the service team during daily operations
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer feedback professionally
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
• Coordinate smoothly between the kitchen and service team
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily outlet operations

• Experience in restaurant or related operations
