Bbakeplace — Bean Brothers' central production kitchen — bakes fresh every day for 6 cafés across KL and PJ. We're looking for a Baker who takes pride in consistency, shows up ready to work, and wants to build real craft.

The Role

You follow the production schedule, bake to standard, and keep your station clean and stocked. You're part of a small, focused kitchen team where everyone's output matters. Over time, you develop your skills and grow into a more senior role.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and baked goods to daily production standards
• Follow recipes accurately — consistency batch to batch is your standard
• Execute your section of the daily schedule and meet output targets
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout your shift

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Baking preferred
• Able to work early mornings (start 4 AM) in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in doing things right
• Team player — you support the whole kitchen, not just your section
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an advantage
