Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Clerk

Working Location: 280 Woodlands Industrial Park E5 #09-36 Harvest Singapore 757322

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am – 6:00pm Sat : 09:00 – 13:00pm

Salary Range: SGD 2,500.00 – SGD 4,200.00

Annual Leave: 7 days

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare project progreess claim and submit monthly project press claim.

Issue project statement account and chase payment.

Issue project invoices and quotations.

Issue monthly maintenance invoices, statement account and chase payment (every month need to issue around 300 pools maintenance invoices)

Prepare tender document and tender submission.

Issue daily project quotation .

Issue daily purchase orders and company stuff.

Speak mandarin and liaise with china supplier , source materials from china

Prepare ISO Audit and ISO document control.

Arrange overseas materials shipping.

Issue payment voucher

Perform all administrative and clerical duties (such as filing, photocopying etc.)

Record and filing all employee's KET ,employee's annual leave, medical leave.

Liaise with main contractor and consultant

Monitor stock of office and warehouse suppliers and place orders when it is necessary.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
