Job Description

Responsibilities

Resource Management

  • Develop and maintain organizational structures and manpower optimization plans.
  • Manage training and employee development programs.
  • Drive performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate annual performance review processes and manpower planning activities.
  • Manage recruitment, promotion, upgrading, and succession planning programs.
  • Oversee job rotation and talent pipeline development.
  • Monitor and manage departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • Act as SHE, ISO, and company culture coordinator to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.


Service Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support Aftersales growth.
  • Lead the introduction and promotion of new products and services.
  • Ensure Aftersales service maintenance packages remain competitive within the market.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives aligned with current industry trends.
  • Enhance brand awareness and customer engagement through social media platforms.
  • Standardize and implement POSM display guidelines across dealer outlets.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with Corporate Identity (CI) standards and corporate branding requirements.


Dealer & Outlet Support

  • Coordinate, monitor, and support overall Aftersales operational activities across dealer networks.
  • Manage dealer incentive programs and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain dealer organizational structure records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and monitor dealer attrition rates and recommend improvement actions.


Project Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and support business improvement projects, including Oil Management System (OMS), Record Management, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with regulatory requirements from KPDNHEP, DOSH, and other authorities.
  • Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve dealer operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6–9 years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive or aftersales industry.
  • Experience in dealer network management, business operations, service marketing, human resource management, or continuous improvement initiatives is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and maintain a broad business perspective across multiple regions, branches, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex information and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and dealer networks.
