In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our conveyancing team and ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of conveyancing matters.
- Handling of conveyancing and CPF-related property transactions.
- Review and process CPF withdrawal applications.
- Preparation of conveyancing documents, especially CPF documents.
- Monitor transaction timelines and ensure timely CPF submission to request the release of CPF funds before completion.
- Provide administrative support, conducting searches,
- Assist lawyers with conveyancing-related matters, including the sale and purchase of private properties.
- Draft correspondence (letters, emails)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- No Experience Required
- Fresh Poly Graduate are welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive work attitude.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (if applicable).
Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,500.00 per month
