We focus on major government clients and has a long history of excellent reputation. We are now seeking applicants with interests to join our great team of competent and enthusiastic people to pursue the career in building construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Handle pre- & post-tendering processes and/or contract administration works
Prepare payment application, valuation of variation, estimation
Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payment
Monitor the progress of related programmes
Negotiate with client / subcontractors for final account settlement

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
5-8 years practical tender process experience/contracts administration in Government Projects or Public Institutions with NEC experience
Proactive, self-initiated, independent, detail-minded and a team player with positive working attitude

Location: Yau Tong / Tai Po / Kwun Tong / Stanley
