Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the end-to-end recruitment process and help ensure a professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role focuses on coordinating interviews, managing recruitment administration, and maintaining accurate data in HRIS/ATS systems to enable effective hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Coordination

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including managing multiple calendars and logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, documentation, and general queries throughout the recruitment process.
Support recruiters in posting and updating job advertisements across internal and external platforms.
Assist in preparing and issuing job offer documentation and new hire paperwork under guidance from the Talent Acquisition team.

Candidate Data and HRIS/ATS Support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in SAP Success Factors, including resumes, interview notes, and status updates.
Run regular checks to ensure data integrity, compliance, and completeness of recruitment-related information.
Generate basic recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status) to support Talent Acquisition and HR reporting needs.

Administrative Support

Assist with pre-onboarding tasks such as background checks, reference checks, and preparation of orientation materials as required.
Help coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including scheduling induction sessions and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
Contribute to ad hoc HR and recruitment projects (e.g., referral program administration, survey distribution) as required.

Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly in SAP Success Factors.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
