Job Responsibilities
Manage the 24/7 team shift schedule and daily attendance.
Lead the team in watching monitoring screens to catch any equipment alarms or faults immediately.
Check the team’s daily inspection reports to spot any unusual data.
Perform regular walk-throughs to check facility equipment (Power, UPS, Cooling).
Write down and log all equipment data accurately.
Respond fast to emergencies (like power cuts or AC failures) and help senior engineers fix the issue.
Report any equipment changes or problems right away.
Handle incoming alarm tickets and assign them to the site team immediately.
Job Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a Data Center (IDC), with at least 1 year leading a shift or monitoring team.
Knowledge: Good understanding of data center power (UPS, generators) and cooling (AC) systems. Familiar with monitoring software and ticketing systems.
Skills: Quick thinker, stays calm under pressure, and has good communication skills.
Shifts: Must be able to work 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).
Full-time
