## Job Responsibilities
### Site Supervision
* Supervise and coordinate daily building construction activities on site.
* Monitor site progress to ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
* Monitor manpower deployment, work productivity, and construction progress.
### Technical Duties
* Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues.
* Prepare work schedules, method statements, and technical submissions.
* Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
* Resolve site technical issues and coordinate design clarifications with consultants.
* Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project activities.
### Quality Control
* Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
* Carry out inspections and maintain quality records.
* Monitor rectification works and follow up on non-conformance issues.
* Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
### Safety Management
* Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations onsite.
* Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
* Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site procedures.
### Documentation & Reporting
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Maintain site records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.
* Coordinate material deliveries and monitor site resources.
* Support the submission of shop drawings, technical documents, and project reports.
## Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
* Good knowledge of building construction methods, project coordination, and site supervision.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related software.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and under tight project schedules.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional building projects.
* Knowledge of Singapore building regulations, construction practices, and quality standards.
* Possession of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)certifications will be an advantage.
