WE’RE HIRING – GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual to be the face of our restaurant.

Position: Guest Relations Executive

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 (based on experience)

Work Permit (WP) applicants are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.

* Manage reservations and guest enquiries.

* Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

* Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.

* Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Build lasting relationships with returning guests.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Pleasant personality with a passion for hospitality.

* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* Previous guest relations or hospitality experience is an advantage.
